Hiatus

*sigh* 

Going on hiatus now. Exams are less than 3 weeks. What a nerve wrecking moment. Everyday I wish I can study more but my progress is so damn slow. To make up for it, I really have to stay up late to study. Though nerve wrecking, I have to say it is exhilarating. The tension studying last minute, can give you the thrill or break you down. 

Thought that I should drop by for a while to say goodbye to this blog. Now, it solely depends on another author to update this blog *winks* Don't worry, going on hiatus for around 2 months and I will be back to update more about my life. =)

Tadaaa~~~ my collection of body wash (gel and cream). Personally, I prefer shower cream more as it gives more bubbles. Gel gives me a soapy feeling which I don't like. Have been busy stocking up my stuffs like food, body wash, coffee and detergent. Lol...

Please don't kill me. I know there a lot >.< But some are from friends and some are quite a steal since there were sales that time. Only the adidas is quite expensive. Others are in RM5 range. The most worth it will be Dove Go Fresh. Not only it smells nice, it is long lasting and make you skin smoother because it contains 1/4 hydrating lotion. And one more thing, don't be like me. Stick to one body wash. Big bottles save you money and the refill pack is much more cheaper. Only recently I started to buy these small bottles. Before this, I used Biore Relaxing Aromathic 700ml and used that bottle to refill Shokubutsu Green Tea. =D

Random #4

Sorry for the lack of updates. Either I have been very busy with my studies or just feel lazy to update this blog :x On Tuesday, just had my philo exam. Don't know I can pass or not. If fail, well, just have to put in extra efforts for the finals then.

I don't have the mood to type more. Just let the pictures talk what I had been doing the past 2/3weeks.

First up is my first trip to eat outside CS. It is near Tesco, so after lunch, we head over there to buy some stuffs.

My friend had Leng Chi Kang. Different places got different version but the main ingredient is still lychee. 

I had 'Jus Cinta'. Erm, I know it sounds a bit weird but this drink consists of preserved samboi and limau kasturi. Nice but a bit pricey. At my cafeteria can get this for RM1.20.

I had grilled chicken with baby fried rice and potato wedges as side dishes. 

Chicken chop with garlic bread and mashed potato as side dishes.

Grilled dori fish fillet with potato chips and Italian salad as side dishes. We ordered diff types of side dishes so we can sample most of them at the same time. Cheeky, no? 

 

After 30 mins, we sapu habis everything =D Not that nice, but must finish everything because a bit pricey. But still worth it because I didn't have my dinner that day. 

Watched X Men Origins: Wolverine. My first movie this year *sobs* See, I don't have any entertainment here. What a bored life. Booo~ Anyway, the movie is quite nice, quite touching at the end of the movie. Worth watching. Next up, Terminator 3 XD shhhh....

What else huh? Oh ya, my birthday. Well, as Ronald had posted earlier, I became 20 last week. My roommates gave me a necklace with cross as the pendant =) Thanks for the wish, Ronald. You are so sweet. *hugs and kisses* 

My money is running out fast. To prevent this, I won't be going out anymore these two months. Will be concentrating on my studies. Not only money, I am running out of time too, I don't know how the hell will I able to finish the whole 4 modules in one month time!!!  So many things to study yet so little time T__________________T trouble trouble. Not only that, have to study for my philo which is on 22/24th July. 

Quite packed. Won't have enough time to finish studying my Anatomy and Physio. But I got one whole week to study OSPA. -________- Why don't they spread the timetable nicely? I doubt I can get enough sleep that time. wuwuwuwuwu~and and and Dentistry and Oral Biosciences!!! What is the best way to study this subject?!?! Since module 1, all I ever get is a freaking 'C'!!! *sigh* not like other papers, still can at least score B /B+. Hmphhhh....

Last Sunday, we went for a trip in Bintulu. After attending the English tiution, my father drove us to bintulu. I was extremely excited on that time because i had never gone to Bintulu alone with my family. We used the coastal highway and it took us around two and half hours to arrive at the destination. 6 o'clock in the evening, we check in the New World Hotel. After having dinner outside, we went shopping in the shopping complex in the hotel. The next morning, we went to the Bintulu zoo. After the lunch at Marry Brown, we went to Farley Supermarket before heading back to Miri.

It was the final round of the Miss Universe Pageant and the 3 finalists were, Miss USA , Miss Singapore and Miss Malaysia . They were supposed to answer 3 simple questions

MC: Ok, I'm going to give you 3 more chances. Now, name me an animal starting with theletter 'L' again ?

Judge: No, no, no!

MC: Sigh,. Another chance. Name me a famous car starting with 'L' ?

This is not the end of the story..The MC consulted the board of judges to determine if Miss Malaysia should really be disqualified.However, they had decided to give her another one LAST chance, since Miss Malaysia was having so many problems with the letter 'L'.

Judges: OK, listen carefully huh ! The final question is: Name me a human anatomy starting with the letter 'L' again !
Miss USA : Lung ! (applause)
Miss Singapore : Liver ! (even more applause)
Miss Malaysia : Lan Jiao???!!!!!!!!!!

Sick

Yeah, the title probably says it all....I'm sick *sneeze**wheez**cough* urghhh...why don't just let me die? Knowing that you are alive but can't move is that baddd..... Didn't help that I got this disease from my friend. The first night was torturous enough. Was coughing the whole night and having fever. Monday morning...indescribable. I can barely lift up my head before dizziness hit me..nauseaness...feverish..swollen eyes...Thanks goodness the doctor I went to see is damn good, by night, I was 60% recovered. Tonight ar, only those flu and cough are bugging me which is not so great because my nosen is like a river flowing down. The cough just wont go away no matter how many times I coughed the flame out. But really thank goodness I recovered, was scared shitless if I contracted meningitis or dengue since those outbreaks appeared in the news recently. I got viral infection which is damn scary also as according to the doctor, students at uitm were asked to go back to their hometown because of these viral infections outbreak. But now, I was wide awake....can't sleep. Hmphhh...maybe because I slept too much yesterday. So, my advice to you all, drink tons of water especially during this hot season. Couldn't say that to myself, I myself don't drink enough water XD
But well, all is good. I am sorry for worrying my parents so much. My mum even got the urge to fly over and see me...ahahahaha..so sweet of her. My parents constant phoning me, msging me, kept on asking how I was doing, made me so T_________T How la like that....must study hard more!!! AJA!~

Seriously, must listen to this song. Their harmonization is to die for XD I myself can sing to this song. Yeah, I memorised the lyrics. The lyrics are so touching and beatiful. Even the bridge part, sang by junsu is hauntingly amazing. It gives me the goosebumps. No song can compete with this. True, Forever Love, Begin, Kiss Shita Mama Sayonara, Bolero, Proud....(never ending ballad songs) all are fantastic but, all give the different vibes to me. Up to this day, no boyband that can compete with them. Where can you get a complete package of absolutely gorgeous looking men and talented at the same time? *wink wink*

They are now having their 4th live tour in Japan and guess what? Their final stop is at Tokyo Dome!!! *squeals* Tokyo Dome!!!! An unbelievable feat. Go google Tokyo Dome. Only prestigious and established artists are allowed to performed there. *sigh* But from what I know, Junsu had injured his leg and he is unable to walk. =( So, only 4 of them dancing on this stage and it surely breaks our heart knowing that the ultimate 5 is not complete. Junsu must be heartbroken. He is dying to perform on stage with them. *sigh* Just pray that Junsu will heal as fast as possible. I want to see the complete Tohoshinki on stage.

Muacksss....Ehehehe, sorry for the lack of present ya...when I start to earn my money, I promise, I will buy tons of presents for you XD It doesn't feel right using your own money to buy present for yourself.

On unrelated note, someone is going out for dinner and I am jealous. Why la I have to stuck here eating lousy cafeteria food during nice weekend. Ahhh....never mind, gonna do some facial stuffs to pamper myself. 

Pimples..the horror

Urghh... the days when I had my own fair share of pimples. Almost everyday, I can see a new pimple popping out of my face. *shudders* thank goodness now I don't have to battle with pimples already. So, today, gonna share with you all what type of cleanser that I had used previously. 

my first ever facial wash, Lactacyd. My mom brought me to see doctor and he gave me this. Not exactly effective because that time my pimples were uncontrollable. So, I resorted to eating medicine. Now, I am glad to say that I am a pimple-free girl. Not exatcly pimple-free la, just that have to take good care of my skin. 

So, to maintain it, I have tried few facial wash. Let see, shall we?

This one is damn good I tell you. It has this microbead thingy that can help to exfoliate your face. It helps to remove dead cells from your skin. It is St Ives Apricot Scrub.

I got bored using St Ives, so, I was looking around the Watsons and found this. It is a good brand also. You only just have to use a bit and your skin becomes very smooth. The smell is a bit...suffocating but you will get used to the smell soon. Simple Moisturing Facial Wash is an UK product. St Ives is from Swiss if I am not mistaken.

I bought this Clinelle 3 Step Kit today. It dawned on me suddenly that I am old already and I have to take good care of my skin to prevent it from becoming old very fast. Hehehe...this consists of deep cleansing gel, toner and moisturiser. Not that cheap, but this product is from USA. So far, the cleansing gel is pleasent to use. Will tell you more after using this for a few days. One of the basic skincare regime is clean-toner-moisturiser. I am starting to use moisturiser and toner now. Toner is very useful to reduce your pores and moisturiser is used to hydrate your face. Every girl/lady/woman must know it is important to take good care of your face.

If you realise, all my facial wash are from overseas. I never use Malaysia's product because my skin is not suitable for Malaysia's products. I believe that we must never scrimp on facial products because our face is a sensitive thing. Never never use cheap stuffs. Spend a bit more and you will see the results clearly. By the way, all my facial wash are for oily skin. 

P.s Any question, can just ask me =) I won't bite.

Ooh, btw, I don't have class today. woot~ anatomy class been postpone to wednesday, physio class is cancelled, so, after posting this, I am gonna STUDY!! Study ppl, study. Finals are near. I have to find the nerd in me, I don't want to fail anything! So, here, I pledge that from today onwards, no more extreme online-ing, no more dramas, focus in your study -_____________- these are making me feeling depressed. boooo~~

well, there is only few weeks to go for the sem 1 test. My mother is now putting pressure on me to achieve a good results so,I am really excited now. I know it is good for me but my head will sure burst if i am put on pressure like this continuously...

Secondly, i was really dissapointed after i missed the badminton tournament last week. I heard that the competition is very exciting and if i am not busy studying for the test on the following week, sure i can participate in it...(double haiz)

but, nevermind la...it is over now...now i must really focus on my study!!!

Yappari! Finally done with my 1000 words review =D After few days of procrasting, finally get it done this afternoon. So, before going back to my studies, why don't I entertain you all for a while. Hahahahaha...

Went shopping with Evelyn yesterday. Here are the things that I bought. All those things screamed CHEAP!!! 

Aiken Tea Tree Oil Toner, RM 4.50. Toner is important to clean our face properly. It helps to remove dirt and refine our pores so that our face won't secrete much oil. My first ever toner =)

                            

Nexcare Acne Patch, RM 4,70. Urghh...I don't know why when I came back here, I got more pimples and my face is horrible. Haih, heard that this is good, so bought one for myself. Used it last night, can say quite effective. The whitish thing popped out already and the pimple didn't feel that painful. Just that I think I have to put it on earlier so that the thing can work longer. In the span of 4 hours, I guess not enough for it to work its magic ;)

Went to Popular to buy 2 big files that cost RM4.55 each to store my notes, a packet of RM1.00 clips and a RM 0.90 pen. Didn't cost me much, only forked out RM1. Surprise? Hahaha, I used the Popular voucher so it saves me 10 bucks. 

Tadaaaa!!!~ My new RM10 watch. Nice? nice? nice? =D

My new bottle. So pretty rite??? Plus it doesn't leak also. Rm5.90. Pretty and cheap. Can't get this in Miri. 

Went to The Store to buy floor cleaner. The floor is damn dirty with people walk in and out WITH SHOES!! Beh tahan. Have to mop the floor. Can't imagine if how many bacterias are there*shudders*

Green Apples!!! Just buy for the sake to comfort myself that I am eating healthy food. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. 

Anti dandruff shampoo, RM4.oo. Have to buy. Hair got dandruffs lately. My friend said it is because of stress. Is it true?

My last purchase of the day. RM 10 sandals. A great bargain wei....

Perfume

As I had mentioned in the previous post, today's topic will be *drumrolls* PERFUME!!! Gosh...who doesn't love perfume =) Sweet smelling the whole day, make you feel refreshed unless you choose the wrong perfume that doesn't suit you and you will end up smelling urghhh. So, thats why for me, I will spray some on me first before deciding to buy or not to buy. At KLIA last sunday, I went to sniff some perfume that interest me. The night before, I was interested in CK Eternity for Women and was impressed by the reviews online. *sigh* But when I had a sniff of it, I was a bit dissapointed. I didn't really like the smell and it smells somewhat peppery.

 *sigh* What to do? We are not mean to be together. But fear not...I found two other perfumes that suit me. Tadaaaaa.....

J'adore by Dior. 

Radiant, sensual, sophisticated, J'Adore is a fragrance that celebrates the renaissance of extreme femininity and the power of spontaneous emotion. J'Adore is a unique, sparkling and luxurious fragrance that captures the sensuality of a Goddess.

It smells so floral and sweet and and and...the most important thing is the smell is not to over powering. Then, got one setback. This perfume is so expensive man! When I last checked, the price almost reaches RM3oo!!! Ish....then I better buy the imitation that only costs me around RM12. 

Burberry Brit Sheer Eau De Toilette(W).

Brit Sheer was developed by perfumer Emilie Coppermann, and is "designed to embody the youthful spirit of Burberry Brit and the individual, charismatic woman it was created for". 
The notes include yuzu, mandarin, pineapple leaves, lychee, grapes, peony, peach blossom, sweet pea, nashi pear, white musk and amyris wood. 
Style: Impulsive. Sexy. Unique.

This smell quite light but I still love it nevertheless. Another expensive perfume which will cost me around RM260 if I am to buy it. These two perfumes that I am interested in, I don't think I will buy. I make a vow to myself, I will only buy either one of them only IF I PASS my first year. Haha, this will motivate me to study harder, no?

Let me show you my pathetic collections of 2 perfumes. 

Spring Blossom by Elianto. My first ever perfume. RM 28 for 30ml, quite cheap because I shared with my friend. This is because there was 50% off for second buy and I managed to persuade my friend to buy the same perfume. Hehehehe, I love the floral smell and it smells just so nice. This scent lasts quite long, the whole day for me in fact. In the afternoon, I can still smell the scent. I also received many compliments for this perfume *shy* 

Fruity Rythm by Adidas. Worth buying it because at Imperial Mall, there was a promotion. Rm27 for 5oml, the usual price costs around RM33. I bought this recently at Imperial Mall. At first, I regretted buying this because I thought of buying the blue color one but being me, always buy things on impulse, I don't know what made me grabbing this that day...I was telling to myself, wth, buy already no turning back, just use it la. Used it yesterday and wow, surprise. The scent is not bad and considering this mostly consists of alcohol, this perfume lasts long. It got this fruity smell that is not too overpowering also. I am happy with this perfume =)

Walao eh, I just realised almost all the perfumes that I have/interested in are all in pink. Does this make me the pink girl? I hope not. Lol.
